Welcome beautiful friends old and new! I hope you are as inspired as I am by paint, glass and the nature of colour! I love a good story, and I endeavour to weave stories from life into my work.  Join me as I take the sorrows and joys seeking beauty and connection from all that I encounter.

In the last 10 years of my creative practice, paint has become a space of solace and connection. I am drawn to use colour and marks to mirror my heart and provide healing along the way growing opportunities to connect with our community in places of faith, spiritual practises of prayer and contemplation both that benefits not only my own story but my collectors.

Glass

For over 20 years I have cherished the gentle practise of lampworking.  The fire creates a space for new forms of methodical movement.  Making beads and other glass baubles has always done a great job of slowing me down, focusing my mind, and comforting my heart.  I love sharing these small treasures out into the world. Classes and studio sessions coming in January 2025!

Sculpture and installation has been a beautiful way for me to connect with others.  I am never an artist who wants to work in isolation.  The method and means of my approach to large installation works is within spaces of gathering. 2025 is almost here I am exited to look for stories to tell and communities and materials that slow us down to hear and speak the narrative of those connections

Much of my collections throughout the years have been inspired and influenced by particular times of intense feelings. Some of pain and loss others joy or delight. My blog will go back and reflect on some of these older collections, and look forward to what’s coming next! Thanks for your curiosity as you join in the story!
